Mary Valley Smallgoods opened in the Mary Valley due to its close proximity to clean, healthy animal farming areas and ease of transportation of finished products to the Greater South East Queensland.

Founded by Ryan Robb in 2017, Ryan has over 25 years’ experience in the Smallgoods and Red Meat Industry having managed smallgoods factories and owned his own retail butcher shop in the past. He has a wealth of knowledge and amazing passion for the products which we make.

We have built a brand new state-of-the-art factory with the latest machinery from Australia and Europe. We only use Australian meat (preferably local and free range). Here at Mary Valley Smallgoods we believe in producing top quality products with excellent taste in the healthiest way possible. We only use the best wood chips for all of our smoking which gives a fantastic flavour.

Our retail shop services the public with fresh meat and smallgoods. We specialise in Australian and European style smallgoods/sausage production. Here at Mary Valley Smallgoods we will always work out recipes and products to suit everyone's needs.
